Windows - OpenVPN Connect app

​We strongly recommend using the GoodAccess application instead of 3rd party apps (Manual Configuration) due to additional security features built into our software.​
Step 1
Download the OpenVPN Connect App.
Step 2
Get your OpenVPN credentials and OpenVPN configuration file.
How to get the OpenVPN Credentials and the OpenVPN Configuration file:
Ask your GoodAccess admin to provide you with your OpenVPN credentials and the OpenVPN config file.
Or become a GoodAccess admin by activating your own team.
Log in here sign.goodaccess.com -> Members -> Action button
Step 3
Open the OpenVPN app, go to FILE, and drag & drop the OpenVPN Configuration file into the app.
Step 4
Enter your VPN Credentials:
VPN Username ([email protected])
VPN Password
Click on Add.

Click on your profile to connect.
Step 6
Congratulations! You are now connected to GoodAccess and can securely access your protected systems.
