How do I activate an automatic subscription renewal?

A subscription auto-renewal is enabled by default after your first payment.

How can I disable my automatic subscription renewal?

You can disable the subscription auto-renewal in your GoodAccess Control Panel:
  • Go to Settings.
  • Go to Cancel Subscription.
  • Use the Cancel Subscription button.
After disabling the auto-renewal, your GoodAccess subscription will remain active until the expiration date.

How can I change my payment method?

Cancel your current subscription first and then renew the service again with the new payment method.
After disabling the auto-renewal, your GoodAccess subscription will remain active until the expiration date.

If I cancel my current subscription, will I lose my Static IP?

No, your Gateway & IP address will remain active and unchanged until the subscription expiration date.

Am I going to lose my IP address if I let the subscription expire?

No. We will keep your IP address reserved for your GoodAccess account for 10 days commencing on the expiration date.
